Shipping Information

We will always use the most affordable option for shipping items to you.  Shipping information will vary based on items ordered.  You will be informed of shipping charges before your order is complete.

For items that will require packaging more than an envelope, please use the following as a guideline.

Ground — $10 flat rate
2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate

Returns

Since each of our products are made to order (and by that we mean that we don't make it until you order it) and some items are customized especially for the client (that's you!) - we regret that returns or exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis.  We hope you will be satisfied (and by that we mean feel warm and fuzzy) with your custom Upscale Upcycled products!
